After 5 years of hard work Monster is calling it quits! He is planning on living out his twilight years in the comfort of his 'other' home and plans to spend many days laying in the sun with a cool bowl of water.

Monster is a male Bengal Leopard Cat and Domestic Tabby mix. He weighs approximately 25 pounds and the pure bred Bengals can reach weights as high as 30 pounds or more. Monster is 11 years old now.

We adopted Monster from the Victoria, B.C. S.P.C.A. on May 17, 1996 and he has become quite a famous celebrity since then. Featured on local television broadcasts and newspapers Monster has a very large following.

On several occasions Monster has been visited by people who have heard of him from as far away as Asia and Europe. Some of his most recent famous admirers have been singer / songwriter Jewel, actresses Selma Hayek and Raydon Chong to name a few.

Monster has his own Greeting Card line as well and part of the proceeds from the sale of his greeting cards goes to the S.P.C.A. Animal Shelter.
