Q: An item I would like to purchase is listed

A: Yes, more than likely. Just return to our 'What's New' section
often to see what items we have restocked or sign up for our 'Zinnia
Update' which is sent out whenever a new shipment arrives.

Q: My
invoice states a total of $45.95 - Is this amount in Canadian dollars
or US dollars?
A: All of our prices and invoices are quoted in Canadian dollars (current
rate is approximately $1.00 US = $1.15 Canadian). Your credit card
will be billed in your local currency. There is a handy currency converter
located in the shopping basket once you have chosen products and clicked
on 'Add to Basket' located at the bottom of each products page.
Q: If I live in the United States how much
money am I saving?
A: Approximately 25%. US citizens do not have to pay any tax, which
is a savings of 14%, and the current rate of 1$ US = $1.15 Canadian
equals a further 10% savings off of our prices!

Q: I am concerned about security. How do I
know that your web site is secure?
A: Once you press the 'SUBMIT' button after viewing the contents of
the Shopping Basket you will be directed to our secure server (you
will notice the locked lock on your browser window).

Q: I
have made two orders today because I found something else that I liked
- will they come packaged together?
A: If we receive the orders within 2 hours
of each other we will package and send them out as one package and
we will discount the shipping on the second order.
Q: I received
my invoice and I really would like to have my order sent by Airmail
and I mistakenly chose 'Ground' - what should I do?
A: Just e-mail us your request as soon as possible (after 2 hours
we cannot guarantee that we will still have your parcel because it
may already be on it's way!). We will e-mail you a revised invoice
that day.
Q:
My order is a gift. How can I have you send it to the person who is
supposed to receive the gift?
A: Once you have finalized your order and pressed the 'SUBMIT' button
you will be directed to our Secure Server area where you can fill
out this information and have your order sent to their address.
Q:
I would like to pay by cheque. Is this possible?
A: You can pay by Certified Cheque, Money Order or Bank Draft.
Just use our shopping cart system as normal and fill out your ordering
information once you have chosen the items that you want. Once
we receive your payment (please include a copy of your invoice) we
will ship your order out to you promptly.
Q: I am interested in wholesale prices - do
you sell wholesale?
A: We currently offer a selection of beautiful embossed greeting cards
at wholesale prices, however, we do not offer wholesale prices on
any other products at this time.

Q: Where can I find your shipping rates?
A: All of our shipping rates can be found in
the Shopping Basket. Choose a product (i.e. incense) and click on
'Add to Basket' (at the bottom of the page) to go to the shopping
basket where you can view the shipping rates for that product. Choose
multiple products and then click 'Add to Basket' to view the shipping
rates for that group of products.
Q: I am ordering within Canada, what is the
$1.00 shipping surcharge for?
A: Canadian orders (only) are subject to a $1.00
additional shipping charge to offset the domestic shipping costs which
are more than costs to ship to the USA.
